The following terms govern use of the Name Guru website and services made available through the website. By accessing this website or using the services described within, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.
- By selecting one or more of our services, you agree to pay Name Guru NZ for the amount of the fee/s listed on the website at the time you first contacted us about the naming package. Name Guru will deliver the product only after receiving payment in full.
- All fees should be paid within 48 hours of receiving an invoice. Fees that have been paid are non-refundable.
- The products that Name Guru NZ delivers is intended as guidance only. If you have received name suggestions from Name Guru NZ but later choose not to use any of them, you are not entitled to a refund of any or all of the fees you have paid.
- Name Guru NZ retains the intellectual property rights to all material produced under the Name Guru banner, on this website or in packages for clients.
- Name Guru NZ reserves the right to change or modify any part of this agreement at any time without notice. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these changes.
Privacy Policy
Name Guru may collect personally identifying information (i.e. names, email addresses) when voluntarily submitted by users. The information you provide will only be used to help us fulfil your requests, such as answering questions or providing a name consultation service.
Name Guru does not provide any information to third parties for marketing or publicity purposes. Information will only be shared in extreme cases, such as if required by law, or when trying to investigate or prevent against fraud.
We promise to keep secure any information that you provide to us. Your information can only be accessed by Name Gurus, and we will only use this information to help fulfil your requests as outlined above.
